5 year Double degree course where I studied 2 degrees concurrently. Biomedical Science degree was taught entirely in English where I study subjects of Western Medicines such as Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Pharmaceuticals etc under Western doctors, in depth studies to molecular and cellular aspects of human Biology and learn to run scientific laboratory researches. Bachelor of Medicine (Chinese Medicine) degree was taught entirely in Mandarin where teachers were flew from Beijing to Singapore to do teachings. The last two years of the 5 year degree course were required of me to fly over to Beijing, China where I went through clinical rounds of all departments in a combined Western and Chinese Medicine hospital.

The license was obtained after 1 full year of preparation and revision classes and the examination was done over a period of 3 days. Theory, practical and face to face interview and questionings by a panel of examiners were some of the examination format.

Trained under various Masters in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, China, the ancient Metaphysics Arts became part of my healing tools to help patients and clients improve their health, career, relationships and other aspects of their lives through understanding and tapping into the vast potential of their lives with Bazi and magnifying the potential with the help of nature and environment through Fengshui.

Started off my journey in Yoga under the traditional Hatha Yoga lineage for my certifications, I went on to further my practice under the lineages of Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kundalini, Tantra in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and US. I am currently teaching my patients and students with an integrative somatic approach of all the lineages I have been trained under to better the quality of their lives through understanding and becoming more aware of the uniqueness of their bodies.

The school actualizes providing unprecedented medical training to produce successful Ayurvedic practitioners and researchers. Theories of Ayurveda were taught while practicals were watched and practised concurrently.

Usui Shiki Ryoho (the Usui System of Natural Healing, is a Japanese Healing Art. The Japanese word ‘reiki’ can be translated as ‘universal life energy’ and the Usui System is a way of working with reiki for healing of self and others. The word healing is used in the sense of regaining harmony and wholeness. Under this lineage, the whole person on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels and those that we cannot identify at the present are addressed.

Body reading and analysis were learned directly from the cartographer of Anatomy Trains, Thomas Myers, who taught holistic myofascial strategies for a variety of movement and manual therapy professionals worldwide. Over the course, further subjects into the way to approach and provide healing practice to people were also discussed in depth.

The certifications to practise the specialised techniques for readjustments of facial bones and hip pelvis were received after satisfying strict prerequisites to attend the course and then finishing up required case studies of our own independent practice. Learnt directly from the Master of the original Small Face Therapy that is popular in Japan, the techniques are soft, subtle and elegant to make slight adjustments to the facial bones and hips, not just for aesthetic reasons, but also for leveraging benefits to internal health.

Becoming a certified Labyrinth Facilitator has empowered me to introduce others to the labyrinth in an articulate, professional and effective way. From building a Labyrinth to guiding and creating a space for people to turn inwards for meditative walking and ceremonial use, I use this ancient tool to help patients deepen their healing experience into the subconscious level.

Trained intensively under the lineage of Kashmiri Shaivism Tantra with Michaela Boehm, the Non-Linear Movement Method is a powerful somatic method for working with trauma, emotional closures, and physical contractions in patients and students. This method deepens and further my healing to a whole new energetic level for my patients.

Trained intensively under the lineage of Kashmiri Shaivism Tantra with Michaela Boehm, I facilitate and create a safe container for healing of women at different stages of life at a deeper level through potent embodiment and somatic practices.

Trained under the lineage of the Yuthok Nyingthig, the unique spiritual healing tradition of Tibetan Medicine, I offer my knowledge and healings under the system of Sowa Rigpa which involves sophisticated yet accessible diagnostic techniques and treatment methods—including diet and lifestyle modifications, herbal medications, manual therapies, and spiritual healing – to prevent and cure disease, extend longevity, and cultivate happiness.

Trained under the lineage of the Yuthok Nyingthig and through a strong connection to Sowa Rigpa, I offer healings and cures through vibrations of ancient languages in tune with the universe’s inherent resonance, therapeutically used in preventing, alleviating and curing disorders of body, speech and mind.

I use singing bowls of Tibetan and Crystals to help stabilize vibration of people.
