Meditation Practice Therapy

Meditation is an ancient practice done in most lineages of tradition and its benefits spans from healing of the physical body to increasing awareness, mindfulness, clearing of subconscious toxins and past accumulated pains. 


Depending on the condition of the patient and the sensitivity to self awareness, I will prescribe and go through different forms of meditation practice suitable for you, with the guided practice done weekly with me while upkeeping daily self practice on your own. It can be done as an individual therapy or layered on top of the rest of the therapies already prescribed for you. 

This therapy is especially effective for people with but not limited to:
